There is, even still, not a proper Master Grade for the TV version of the Wing Zero. The closest is the MG Proto Zero from the Glory of Losers manga, but it's still been restyled somewhat by Katoki. It's cool, but it's not what was in the show. So, I decided to take the old HG and see what I could do with it. It's basically an Out-of-Box paint job, though I redid the gold in flat yellow and used gunmetal instead of a darker gray. I also removed a LOT of the superfluous panel lines the 90's HGs were (in)famous for, and while I didn't do the greatest job, again it was my first time attempting something like that. Overall, I'm happy with it, and the final effect works. Just don't expect it to strike any sort of dynamic pose. Even modern 1/144 HGs have it beat hands down on that front. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Trium Shockwave)Sat, 30 May 2015 15:56:01 +0000 Gunplahttps://bdeinonychusden.runboard.com/p292721,from=rss#post292721https://bdeinonychusden.runboard.com/p292721,from=rss#post292721I'll post in here probably whenever I do more than just snap a kit together, panel line and spray top coat on it. First, I made these custom Beargguys as an anniversary present. I kept the Starfleet one, and the Sonic & Tails I gave to my girlfriend. The Starfleet one is a Gunpla Builders Beginning G Beargguy, the Sonic & Tails are the Beargguy [F] from Build Fighters Try. I scribed a few panel lines in and did a custom paintjob, but the biggest custom was obviously Sonic's spines. Those are made from cementing polystyrene sheets (pla plate) together three sheets thick, then cutting, filing and sanding it to shape. This is the first thing I ever tried to scratch build, and it's not perfect but not bad for a first try. I wish I'd had time to get more comprehensive photos, but she's got it now so I just have the one. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Trium Shockwave)Sat, 30 May 2015 15:47:05 +0000
