Things that Piss You Off

Thought we could probably use a good venting. There are topics like gas prices which we could probably agree on but there are some things we keep bottled up we just have to get off our chest. Here's the place to do it. emoticon

I'll go first and for those that remember I have brought this up before and that's my lack of finding shirts that actually fit me length wise. I get pissed off at these clothing stores that don't think there's a market for big and tall (looking at your Wal-Mart). Then some that do claim to have tall sizes (3XLT), the shirts don't even cover my gut all the way (try thinking of that and sleeping :P). It's not that I can't find any that are loose enough, it's just finding shirts LONG enough. I'm what people call long waisted.

I know there are online stores, but I don't trust buying clothes online because, for example, not all 2XLTs are created equal. I hate to pay Dillards and JC Penny prices (even they can't get big and tall right) but that's the only choice I have.

I know your feeling man. It's one of the reasons I've recently changed my diet, just so I can find clothes again.

I found the best solution, buy some button up shirts that fit and are long enough, and wear those over normal cheap ass WalMart shirts. (I've seen shirts there up to 6XL... Thank God I'm not to that point!)

I been doing the same thing diet wise, just too bad it doesnt work overnight. You saw 6XL shirts at Wally? The one here is lucky if they get a few 3XLs.

I've never been great with weight loss...but do you drink a lot of soda/pop? If you do...try to cut it out of your diet as much as possible. I did that and managed to actually lose some weight due to less sugar intake. It's a small thing, but it helps.

As soda goes, I found that if you cannot stand the taste of Diet, Diet Dr. Pepper makes a great gateway soda, allowing you to tolerate the tastes of diet drinks.

Currently, I've developed a fondness for Coke Zero, which works out nicely.

People who merge left then slow down
People who ride your ass in heavy traffic like it's your fault
People who stop in the middle of the street to talk
People who try to back into parking spaces even though they suck at it
People who park SUVs in clearly marked compact spots in garages
Stuck up shitheads who drive Cadillacs
Irate rednecks who drive Dodges
Old men in Buicks
Black drivers
White drivers
Asian drivers
Any drivers I left out

As the cannibal thread shows, i definately dont need to lose weight, but I'm one of those people who just cant tolerate diet soda.. for some reason my brain interpets it to have a bitter aftertaste. Coke Zero's pretty good though. Doesn't taste *exactly* like Classic Coke, but it's close enough that it's still tasty. emoticon

It's probably the aspartame that's leaving that bitter taste. Diet does that to me too.

But it's better than the diet coke !@#$ with splenda. That stuff is tasteLESS...I mean TOTALLY tasteless.

People who meander on and on about meaningless !@#$ because they think you like to hear them talk.

People who think that it's a public service to have their god-awful music turned up so loud it makes the walls vibrate.
