New year, old projects. Also, I'm turning 28 on Sunday. Yay for me! Fingers crossed that I'll be able to get something done, given all this madness I have to deal with.

Here we are, end of the month. Lousy weather worked in my favor with the writing, thankfully, so I've gotten a good start on my next Armada story. Based on current plans, however, I'm going to take a break from it and work on another project in February, circumstances permitting. Details below.

re: Deinonychus, I can believe that, especially given Mako taking a minute to respond to one of my recent DA journals. Long story short, had a recent punch to the gut that left me feeling very depressed. No one's dead, I was just feeling miserable and crappy is all. Having someone post and tell me that they get where I'm coming from helps.
Anyway, February was a decent month for writing - not great, but decent. Details in the normal places as always.

Well dang, I've been a little silent for a little too long, haven't I?
Okay, short version - March wasn't nearly as productive as I'd hoped, as I got distracted more than I'd have liked. Still, I finished something I started last year, by a minor miracle it wasn't contradicted by canon - yet - and that's an accomplishment. Took April off to work on non-writing projects and actually made some progress with them (not a lot, but still, progress is progress), and finally got back to writing in May. Again, however, real life intervened, and not as much progress was made as I'd have hoped. Hopefully, June goes better.

Yikes! I haven't posted one of these in months here! I think it's time I did something about that. Anyway, got the next installment further along, but it's still a long ways off from being done. Hopefully January will give me the chance to knock it off at last. For now, onwards!
